Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Jakékoli reklamace musí být podány písemně do 30 dnů od zjištění.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Záruka platí pouze v případě, že je materiál používán v běžných obytných/lehkých komerčních podmínkách.

5. Decking musí být nainstalován podle písemných pokynů k instalaci Senrui WPC® nebo pokynů k instalaci videa Senrui WPC®, které jsou oba dostupné na kartě Zdroje na webu Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Tato záruka se nevztahuje na poškození způsobené nábytkem, spotřebiči, předměty na kolečkách nebo předměty s drogami přes povrch materiálů.

9. Tato záruka se nevztahuje na škody způsobené požárem, záplavami, jinými přírodními katastrofami, vyšší mocí, dopravou, konstrukcí nebo instalací.

10. Nedbalost, eroze, nesprávné odvodnění, usazení nebo pohyb konstrukce, na kterou je palubka instalována, ruší platnost této záruky.

11. Tato záruka se nevztahuje na kvalitu produktu, vady materiálu nebo chyby, které nepřesahují 5 % materiálu.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Tato záruka je přenosná jednou, do pěti [5] let od původního data nákupu. Registrace záruky je vyžadována do třiceti [30] dnů od nákupu materiálu.

Pokud se v tomto časovém rámci nezaregistrujete, tato záruka bude zrušena.
